Cancellation policy

RETURN-CANCELLATION :

You may return most new items within 6 days of delivery for a full (100%) refund , but request should be raised (Email: info@maanacreation.com, Call: 0522-4000-501) with in 24 hours 
 of receiving the product . We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (If You received an incorrect or defective item etc.) In this case vendor approval and acceptance of defect would be considered.

No return - cancellation  policy will be applicable on jewelry products. 

In case of another reason (Not liked, Not in same look, Change of mind etc.) of return customer have to afford both side shipping charges and maintenance charges of the product .Exceptional cases will be considered by the team Maana Creation.

EXCHANGE:

If customer will process the request for the exchange (with same or above value) then company will afford the one side shipping and maintenance changes, but request should be raised (Email: info@maanacreation.com, Call: 0522-4000-501) with in 24 hours of receiving the product.

In case of exchange of product difference amount will not be credited to the customer account , customer have to utilize that amount in the further purchase with www.maanacreation.com. 

No Exchange policy will be applicable on Jewelry  Products. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to My Account, view the order using the Complete Orders link and then click the Return Item button. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. This email will also appear in View Communications under My Account sections.
