SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all our products throughout India!
Free international shipping on all orders above Rs. 40,000 ($500)
Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order.
However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us.

To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email from us, within the above mentioned time frame. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us at email@example.com and one of our team members will be in touch with you at the earliest.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
REFUND & RETRUN POLICY
We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. However, we'd be happy to exchange it / offer store credit in the following cases:
- For Bespoke, Custom Made Orders and Pre-Orders,we don’t offer cancellation, return or refunds.
- An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
- The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
- The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.
- Please note that if any garment has been customised for colour, it will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
- SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
- ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.
Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and product(s) should be unused. You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 5 days of receiving the products.
In case of a Defect in the Product
We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
You can ship the parcel to us at the following warehouse address: TC-304, Breeze, Eldeco City, IIM Road Lucknow, 226013
If you'd like for us to arrange a reverse pick up, it will be at an additional cost.
Kindly note, shipping charges for the above will be borne by the customer. Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.
No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products are sent into production.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at email@example.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
Exchange / Return for International Orders
No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
